Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Business Audit: Review current processes, identify gaps, create process maps.
  • SOP Development: Draft detailed SOPs for sales lead management, customer follow-up, spares upselling, marketing outreach, and back-office support.
  • KPI Design: Work with leadership to define KPIs for each role (sales engineer, service engineer, back office, accountant, etc.) and build simple scorecards.
  • Market & Data Analytics: Analyze past sales data, customer lists, and competitor activity to generate insights for new markets, product lines or pricing.
  • Strategy Support: Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and business plans for expansion and R&D initiatives.
  • Reporting: Weekly updates with actionable recommendations.
