Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Intern who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work on end-to-end proposal processes, relationship management, and market research while gaining exposure to finance, startups, and client interactions.

This role is output-focused: no fixed hours, no attendance tracking. As long as you deliver your work on time, you decide when and where to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads weekly for Daily Equity's Community and Daily Equity Explorer.
  • Execute end-to-end sales, from outreach to closing the deal.
  • Understand client needs and communicate Daily Equity's offerings effectively.
  • Track performance metrics and report weekly progress.
  • Meet or exceed minimum weekly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly deliverables.
  • Interest in finance, education, and community building.
  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any field - business, marketing, or finance preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Stipend: 5,000 (on proof of work: attendance in Financial Training Sessions & Min. Target Achievement).
  • Incentives: 25% of invoice value on Overachievement (no upper cap).

Note: Stipends are project-based, not month-based.
