Role OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to drive revenue through the promotion of stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment opportunities. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and experience handling premium customers, HNI clients, and investors.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and prospect outreach.
- Present stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment/fractional ownership models.
- Convert inquiries into bookings or investment closures through effective negotiation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, investors, and partners.
- Handle premium and HNI clients with professionalism and discretion.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and conversions.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, finance, and site teams for smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on pricing, seasonal offers, and competitor landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 25 years experience in hospitality, resort/tourism, or real estate sales (mandatory).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
- Basic CRM knowledge and sales reporting experience.
Preferred Background- Exposure to resorts, vacation homes, real estate investments, or travel & tourism.
- Knowledge of fractional ownership or hospitality investment models.
- Experience with high-value client and investor sales.
- Willingness to travel for meetings or site visits as required.
