Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to drive revenue through the promotion of stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment opportunities. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and experience handling premium customers, HNI clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and prospect outreach.
  • Present stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment/fractional ownership models.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings or investment closures through effective negotiation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, investors, and partners.
  • Handle premium and HNI clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and conversions.
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, finance, and site teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on pricing, seasonal offers, and competitor landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 25 years experience in hospitality, resort/tourism, or real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
  • Basic CRM knowledge and sales reporting experience.
Preferred Background
  • Exposure to resorts, vacation homes, real estate investments, or travel & tourism.
  • Knowledge of fractional ownership or hospitality investment models.
  • Experience with high-value client and investor sales.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings or site visits as required.
