About The Role
We are looking for
dynamic MBA Freshers who are interested in building a career in
software sales and business development. The role involves
lead generation, cold calling, client follow-ups, and coordinating with potential customers through emails, calls, and messages.
The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong persuasion ability, and the confidence to interact with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and client outreach.
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and text messages to nurture business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects interested in the company's software products.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or product demos with the senior sales team.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) Freshers preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or lead generation concepts.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in software sales and business development.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration) Freshers preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
