Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development/Sales Executive-Manager specializing in FRP Products. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing product knowledge, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a key role in promoting advanced FRP solutions to clients from various industries.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of FRP products or related industry experience with an understanding of technical product features
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills with attention to market trends
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally as required to meet clients and explore business opportunities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous experience in environmental or industrial product sales is a plus
