We are looking for a driven, energetic Business Development – Sales Executive who can own guest interactions, manage bookings, and support revenue growth while coordinating closely with operations.
Role OverviewAs a Business Development – Sales at Spacez, you will be the first point of contact for potential and confirmed guests. You will manage bookings, drive conversions, coordinate internally, and ensure a smooth pre-arrival and post-stay communication experience.
This role blends sales, guest coordination, and operational support — ideal for someone who enjoys communication, multitasking, and ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Booking Management:- Handle incoming booking inquiries via calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking entries, updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate availability and pricing with internal teams.
Guest Communication:- Make pre-arrival check-in and post-stay check-out calls.
- Handle guest queries professionally and promptly.
- Provide clear information about properties, amenities, and policies.
- Assist in resolving basic guest concerns before escalating if needed.
Coordination & Operations:- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest arrivals.
- Share booking updates, special requests, and notes in a timely manner.
- Ensure internal communication is clear and documented.
Administrative Support:- Maintain logs, booking trackers, and daily updates.
- Follow up on pending payments and confirmations.
- Assist with basic reporting and coordination tasks.
Requirements- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable handling guest-facing conversations.
- Ability to manage bookings and multitask efficiently.
- Basic understanding of sales or customer service processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with good coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication throughout the day.
Good to Have- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or sales.
- Experience handling booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- CRM or lead management tool experience.
- Ability to upsell add-ons or premium services.
