Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will primarily serve as an individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the financial service sector. Additionally, you will act as a Business Analyst, working closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. This role involves nationwide travel as per work requirements. While this position is initially an individual contributor role, there is the potential for team leadership based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have intermediate experience in sales within the fintech or financial services industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the financial service sector across India.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including lead generation and qualification.

Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their unique needs and pain points.

Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our wealth management software solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Travel as required to meet with clients and prospects across the country.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Intermediate experience (2-5 years) in sales within the fintech or financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of wealth management, financial products, and the financial services landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a strong work ethic.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Knowledge of the Indian financial services market is a plus.
