Business Development - Retail Leasing

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive with a strong background in Retail Leasing within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing retail stores for our company and have a deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR market, including Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing retail leasing opportunities for the company.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, from identifying properties to closing deals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations for retail stores and businesses.
• Maintain and build relationships with landlords, property owners, and developers in key areas of Delhi NCR.
• Regularly visit sites to evaluate and update leasing portfolios and prospects.
• Work closely with the retail development team to align leasing strategies with business goals
• Visit potential properties, evaluate them based on criteria, and report findings

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate with a focus on Retail Leasing.
• Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market (Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful retail leasing and store sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Own bike for site visits.
• Ability to travel across Delhi NCR for market research and client meetings.
