Job Description

Job Role: Business Development Representative

Experience Required: 0–1 years

Job Location: Bangalore

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Role Overview

As a BDR at Zintlr, you will be a critical part of our revenue generation engine. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. And qualified leads to customers. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of Zintlr will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for Zintlr's products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Prospect for potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, emailing, and social media conversations.
  • Nurture leads through targeted outreach and follow-up to build interest and establish rapport.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities by scheduling meetings or calls with the internal subject matter experts within Zintlr.
  • Effectively communicate Zintlr's value proposition to potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead qualification and conversions.
  • Assist in managing events and coordinating backstage activities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills in coordinating tasks and timelines, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to interact with potential clients, team members, and event stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply with a strong interest in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Prior experience in managing events or handling backstage coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to succeed.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Ganganagar, Bengaluru.
