Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for Business Development Representative (Inside Sales & Business Development) at XTEN-AV. The ideal candidate will drive inside sales, communication and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities:

Calling XTEN-AV free trial users to set up demos with the sales team.

Develop and manage our customer portfolio.

Ensuring great client experience for existing customers.

Hold product demonstrations/webinars for new prospective customers.

Onboarding new customers.

Mediate between client and the organization.

Following up and closing of sales opportunities.

Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

Minimize customer churn.

Continuously improving customer experience.

Calling free trial user to activate the software.

Perform other task and duties as assigned by organization.

Skillset & Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales and sales roles with at least 1+ year of experience.

Expertise in lead generation and management across diverse channels.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience interacting with clients from the US and UK.

Strong business development acumen.

Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
