We are in intense growth mode and are seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive our expansion into new territories and client accounts across North America.
The Opportunity:We are looking for a true Hunter. This is not an account management role; this is a new logo acquisition role. You will be responsible for breaking into new accountsidentifying direct clients, MSP programs, and Tier-1 integrator partners who have a high volume of IT staffing needs. If you love the thrill of the chase, cold calling, and building a book of business from scratch, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition (Hunting):Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market through aggressive prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Lead Generation & Qualification:Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Qualify leads to ensure they have hiring needs aligned with our delivery capabilities.
- Meeting Setting:Secure meetings with Hiring Managers, Directors of IT, Procurement/VMS owners, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Relationship Development:Transition cold prospects into warm relationships, understanding their pain points and presenting IBMG's staffing solutions.
- Market Intelligence:Stay current on US IT hiring trends, hot skill sets, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the recruiting delivery team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum of 48+ years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within theUS IT Staffing & Consulting industry. (Experience selling SaaS or other products is less relevant than experience selling staffing services).
- Track Record:Demonstrable history of opening new accounts and generating revenue in the US market.
- MSP/VMS Knowledge:Understanding of how to navigate MSP/VMS environments is highly desirable.
- The Hustle:High tolerance for rejection and a relentless drive to make high volumes of calls and outreach daily.
- Communication:Exceptional C-level communication and presentation skills.
- Tools:Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Availability:Must work US East Coast/Central business hours.
