What You Will Do
- Drive outbound pipeline across multiple offerings (community, events, partnerships, GTM, memberships, trainings)
- Run outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, calls, and targeted lists
- Identify ideal accounts, map stakeholders, and qualify opportunities
- Build clean CRM hygiene and weekly reporting
- Work directly with the leadership daily
- Co-own revenue targets and sales budget
- Take the ABM approach and convert high-value accounts

- Ability to run structured outbound daily

- Comfortable selling multiple moving items, not just one product

Nice To Have
- Past B2B SDR experience (even 612 months counts)
- Exposure to SaaS, training, or events ecosystems
- Understanding of the Testing/QA world

Hiring Process (Fast)
- 30-minute screening call

Compensation: 512 LPA (based on capability, outbound readiness, and execution speed)
