About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging prospects through calls and emails, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This role reports to the Sales Delivery Lead and requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and engage potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and value propositions.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools.
  • Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
  • Report progress and performance metrics to the Sales Delivery Lead.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or related roles.
  • Candidates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
