Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is integral to our growth, as you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, search engines, and any other creative methods.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, letters, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects. Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails, set up follow-up appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to potential new business accounts.
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Goods.
- Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
