Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will actively generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to sales growth. Additionally, the role involves managing communication with prospects, assisting in the development of business strategies, and maintaining a keen understanding of market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation, cold calling and generating revenue.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Proven experience in Business Development with a focus on market research and opportunity identification
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in an on-site role in Bengaluru
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
