Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is focused on cold outreach, lead qualification and pipeline creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP and buying signals
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage leads
  • Consistently hit daily/weekly activity and meeting targets

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and resilient
  • Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred

Nice to Have:

SaaS or B2B sales experienceExperience with sales tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
