About the Role

Intuitive.ai is looking for a high-impact Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth across enterprise and partner channels. This role sits at the intersection of inside sales, partner ecosystem, and strategic stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on building scalable opportunity pipelines in data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and build a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and inbound qualification.
  • Work closely with channel/partner ecosystems (ISVs, cloud partners, GSIs) to co-create and drive joint opportunities.
  • Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position Intuitive.ai's offerings effectively.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to convert them into sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs).
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and field sales teams to accelerate pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • Drive account-based outreach strategies for enterprise customers (F500/large enterprises).
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Contribute to refining messaging, outreach strategies, and GTM playbooks.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or partner sales within IT services, SaaS, or analytics domains.
  • Proven track record of generating consistent and predictable pipeline and opportunities.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-selling motions.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise sales (F500 clients) and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and BI solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to pipeline management and conversion optimization.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly pipeline and opportunity targets
  • Strong partner-driven pipeline contribution
  • High conversion rates from lead → opportunity → deal support
  • Clear visibility and predictability in sales funnel metrics
