Job Overview:We're looking for a sharp and driven BDR who can uncover opportunities and open doors for our sales team. The role is focused on identifying the right prospects, creating meaningful outreach, and nurturing early conversations that lead to qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:Research target accounts, identify key decision makers, and build prospect lists.
Run multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and forums).
Engage prospects, understand their needs, and position our solution with clarity.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
Maintain clean CRM records and track activity, lead status, and follow-ups.
Share market feedback to improve messaging, ICP clarity, and campaign strategy.
Consistent delivery of SQLs and meetings for the sales team.
Strong outreach qualitypersonalized, relevant, and value-driven.
What You'll Bring
13 years in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/tech).
Strong communication skills with curiosity to understand customer pain points.
Comfort with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and analytics
dashboards.
A motivated, resilient attitude and a knack for building conversations with
strangers.
