Role Description
- Your key responsibility is qualifying leads by engaging in initial conversations to assess whether prospects meet the criteria for a sales opportunity, using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- You will be responsible for generating leads, continuous follow-ups, conducting inside sales, and business development.
- Mapping key-stakeholders, decision makers in the relevant accounts.
- Your daily responsibilities include building relationships with prospects, and existing customers, understanding their pain points, and conveying the value of the company's solutions.
- You will manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating information in CRM systems, and identifying bottlenecks that may hinder progress.
- Daily tasks include outreach to potential clients, qualifying leads, coordinating sales efforts, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize the revenue.
- Maintain accurate data related to sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proven abilities in Business Development
- Strong in handling conversations with CXOs about our offerings
- Strong in interpersonal and organizational skills
- Should be able to multitask
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively
- Experience in BFSI sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
