Job Description

Dzylo is building the operating platform for interior and turnkey execution businesses. We help interior firms streamline their entire operations — from lead management and quotations to project execution, procurement, vendor coordination, finance tracking, and site management.

Our mission is to help growing interior businesses scale efficiently with better operational visibility, faster coordination, and improved profitability.

About the Role

We are looking for a consultative and results-driven Business Development Executive who can understand customer problems, conduct impactful software demos, create tailored proposals, and close high-value SaaS deals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with business owners, understanding operational challenges, and positioning software as a solution that drives business growth.

You will work closely with founders, operations heads, project managers, and interior business owners to help them digitize and optimize their workflows using Dzylo.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Closure

● Conduct product demos for qualified prospects and showcase how Dzylo solves operational challenges.

● Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business requirements in detail.

● Build solution-oriented sales conversations rather than feature-only pitching.

● Prepare customized quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial discussions.

● Drive complete sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and closure.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Customer Consultation & Solution Selling

● Identify operational gaps in customer businesses related to project execution, procurement, team coordination, finance tracking, CRM, and reporting.

● Recommend the right Dzylo modules and workflows based on business size and operational maturity.

● Help customers visualize process improvements and business impact using Dzylo.

● Build trust with business owners and become a strategic advisor during the buying

process.

Relationship Management

● Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects throughout the decision-making cycle.

● Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams during onboarding handovers.

● Build long-term relationships with customers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.

● Ensure an excellent buying experience for all prospective customers.

Collaboration & CRM Management

● Maintain accurate sales pipeline, opportunity stages, and customer notes in CRM.

● Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve conversions.

● Share market feedback, customer objections, and product improvement insights with leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

● 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ERP sales, CRM sales, or software solution selling.

● Strong experience conducting live software demos and handling consultative sales discussions.

● Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

● Strong understanding of customer pain-point-based selling.

● Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, operations heads, and business decision-makers.

● Experience creating quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.

● Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

● Prior experience in ERP, Construction Tech, Interior Tech, Workflow SaaS, or Operational SaaS is a plus.
