Business Development Representative

Location: Noida / Bangalore

Experience:3-7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Time: 7 PM IST- 4 AM IST (US Shift EST Timezone)

Salary Range: As Per company norms

Excellent Communication skills

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven ISR/BDR/BDM to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and experience in IT services, staffing, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and position relevant solutions/services
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / BDRs /ISRs
  • Experience in IT/SaaS Services/ Digital Services/Staffng preferred
  • Experience in US sales
  • New Client Acquisition as BDR
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and manage sales pipelines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Experience in international markets (US/UAE/Europe)
  • Understanding of B2B sales lifecycle
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
