Market Research & Expansion: Research and analyze local market trends, and customer needs. Identify potential importers and facilitate trade partnerships.
Customer & Supplier Management: Introduce supplier products to buyers and build trust quickly. Handle collections, after-sales support, and client retention.
Sales & Business Development: Conduct offline market visits to B2B clients, cold calls, and negotiations to promote products and secure deals.
Coordination & Reporting:Collaborate with the China HQ team to align sales strategies and customer requirements.
Assist in establishing local operations (offices, showrooms, warehouses) if required.
Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of offline sales experience (face-to-face negotiations, market visits). Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in tires, hardware, building materials, wallpaper, or small household appliances.
Bachelor's degree (any major). Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Excel and CRM software for data tracking.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
