About Phoenix Laundry:

Phoenix is a high-growth, premium, eco-friendly laundromat operating in Mumbai, strategically scaling its B2B institutional clients and B2C retail footprint across the MMR market.

BDM - Eligibility

• 2 years in BD/sales (services/hospitality/garment-care a plus)
• Strong research, outreach, negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets, presentation Skills.

BDM - Role

• Build Sales & BD department, team building, generating revenue.
• Map markets, build target lists, run outreach (calls, emails, visits), set meetings
• Assist with proposals, pricing, and basic contracts; track follow-ups to closure
• Source franchise leads, coordinate onboarding, and launch
• Maintain CRM hygiene; report weekly pipeline, meetings, conversions, and risks

Working environment

• Office + on-field role in Mumbai & nearby; travel required
• Target-driven, process-led, with training and manager support
• Tools: CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business

Compensation: Salary (Industry Standards) + ESOP for best fit candidate
