RCLASHERS MEDIA is looking for a driven and well-connected professional to join us as a Business Development & Partnerships Manager. We are seeking someone who understands the influencer marketing and media ecosystem, can build strong brand and agency relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Build strong working relationships across brand, media, and entertainment networks
- Drive revenue through influencer campaigns, branded content, and partnership-led solutions
- Own the complete business cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Work closely with internal teams to create customized proposals and campaign ideas
- Maintain a strong business pipeline and focus on long-term client relationships
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities within the creator economy
- Support revenue planning, forecasting, and business expansion efforts
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, media, digital advertising, entertainment, or branded content
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of brand partnerships and agency ecosystems
- Ability to manage clients, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth
- Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented approach
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in influencer agencies, media companies, creator-led businesses, branded content teams, or digital partnership roles will be preferred.
