Business Development (BDE)
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, and email outreach
- Pitch recruitment / IT / HR services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, founders, and hiring managers
- Understand client requirements and close service agreements
- Maintain CRM, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue client acquisition targets
Recruitment
- Understand client job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Handle offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate and client hiring trackers
