About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Outreach Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role focuses on identifying potential collaboration opportunities, initiating professional outreach, and maintaining structured prospect databases.

You will contribute directly to expanding the organization's professional network and strengthening its business pipeline through research-driven outreach and systematic tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partners, clients, and collaboration opportunities through online platforms and databases

  • Build and maintain a structured prospect database

  • Initiate professional outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

  • Assess opportunities based on predefined qualification criteria

  • Maintain and update CRM records consistently

  • Track outreach performance and engagement metrics

  • Coordinate with the Business Growth team for follow-ups and conversions

  • Ensure data accuracy and organized documentation

  • Required Skills

    • Strong research and analytical skills

    • Clear and professional written communication skills

    • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

    • Organized and detail-oriented approach

    • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals

    • Basic understanding of business development concepts

  • Preferred Skills

    • Experience with CRM tools

    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms

  • Educational Qualifications

    Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
