Role Description

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end daily operations while supporting our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow with a mission-driven real estate brand.

Qualifications

A. Administrative & Operational Management

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

Manage inbound communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Maintain client files, agreements, documents, and operational logs

Coordinate meeting schedules, follow-ups, and internal updates

Support management with execution of daily operational tasks

B. Business Development & Client Coordination

Clearly communicate APM Realty Makers services to clients, partners, and vendors

Manage lead follow-ups, initial qualification, and client onboarding

Coordinate with Channel Partners (CPs), vendors, and field teams

Build and maintain a strong vendor and CP network

Support sales activities through proactive communication and administrative follow-through

C. Field & On-Ground Support

Attend property site visits, inspections, and client walkthroughs

Monitor property conditions and escalate issues promptly

Represent APM Realty Makers professionally during meetings and site interactions

Support property assessments, photography coordination, and field checks

D. Multi-Vertical Adaptability You'll work across multiple service verticals, including:

Property Management Rent monitoring, maintenance scheduling, inspection support

Real Estate Advisory Coordination with buyers, sellers, and channel partners

Sales & Marketing Campaign support and client communication

  • Client Servicing Especially for NRI/HNI clients requiring professionalism and trust
