Requirements: Medical Field (Hospital Sales/Critical Care/Respirator y/Surgical
Consumables/dealer - Distributor Management)
About the role: The job would entail establishing and maintaining relations with
doctors and distributors along with promoting products, expanding
and maintaining business. A business development manager is
responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities and
strategies in a given territory, while focusing on increasing market-
share, sales and profit. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to
generate and engage with business partners to build new business
for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong
communication skills. They should be able to think critically when
making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular
strategy.
Responsibilities: Establish productive and professional relationships with key
personnel in assigned customer accounts Negotiate and close
agreements with Corporate Hospitals Monitor and analyse
performance metrics and suggest improvements
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new
market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to
ensure brand consistency
Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team
members are on board Develop the territory business by increasing
customer base as well as by building and strengthening relationships with customers Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Candidate
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/BSc in Sales or other equivalent degree
Min 1-3 Year Experience in Medical Field
Fast learner and passion for sales
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluency in English
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development
strategies
In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team *
Applicable experience of sales
Performance metrics
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills * Analytical and
