Role Description
The Business Development Officer drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's real estate portfolio. This is a field-facing role suited for a motivated professional with a strong grasp of the property market.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline progress and market activity to management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
