Role Overview:

We are seeking driven individuals with strong English communication, business development, and marketing skills for a full-time contract position, with our hiring criteria focused on exceptional communication, high drive and energy, commitment, confidence and effectiveness.

Job Title: Business Development Officer:

  • Location: Hybrid, Candidate must be based in Delhi or Mumbai
  • Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, all inclusive (Rs. 3 lakh 3.6 lakh per year annum)
  • Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Details:

  • Work Hours: Full time monthly; IST work hours; generally, 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; with flexibility as required.
  • Travel: This role is not remote. It is a hybrid position that combines remote work and regular on-the-ground engagement with healthcare entities in the candidate's city.
  • Typical expectation: This is a hybrid role with regular weekly local field visits within the assigned city to meet and engage healthcare entities. Occasional inter-city travel may be required; reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed based on actuals.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to coordinate daily business development activities, achieve growth and sales targets by designing and implementing strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and analysing market trends.

Key Expectations:

  • Communication: Excellent English and Hindi.
  • 1+ years of work experience in business development, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Demonstrable passion for healthcare and strong patient/partner-centric mindset.
  • Strong internal drive to grow and succeed.
  • Tools: Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, World, Excel, CRM software's.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Officer:

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, virtual meetings and regular in-person visits to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone, and social media, introduce our products/services and understand their requirements, schedule meetings, execute demos, negotiate contracts, sign contracts, increase customer engagement, and inside sales.
  • Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.
  • Support key client meetings when required.
  • Guide business development to drive business.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
  • Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.

Operations:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support a high-performance work culture.
  • Collaborate with executives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communications with internal and external teams.
  • Track and manage open tasks and opportunities to ensure effective progress.
