Key Details:
- Work Hours: Full time monthly; IST work hours; generally, 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; with flexibility as required.
- Travel: This is a remote position working within India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to coordinate daily business development activities, achieve growth and sales targets by designing and implementing strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends.
Key Expectations:
- Communication: Excellent English and Hindi.
- 1+ years of work experience in business development, including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Strong internal drive to grow and succeed.
- Tools: Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, World, Excel, CRM software's.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Officer:
- Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
- Ability to identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone, and social media, introduce our products/services and understand their requirements, schedule meetings, execute demos, negotiate contracts, sign contracts, increase customer engagement, and inside sales.
- Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads to build a healthy pipeline.
- Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.
- Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.
- Support key client meetings when required.
- Guide business development to drive business.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
- Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.
Operations:
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
