Job Summary

We are hiring a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation. The role requires aggressive lead conversion, achieving targets, and consistently closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through field visits, and networking
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, product presentations, client meetings & presentations
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and close deals
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business flow
  • Focus on increasing revenue and improving conversion ratio
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding closure targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
