Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Delhi. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, analyzing market trends to create strategic plans, maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting financial evaluations and planning. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and a proven ability to identify and secure new opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess markets, generate insights, and drive data-driven decisions
• Understanding of Finance principles to evaluate profitability and assist in budget planning
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships effectively
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the perfumery or aroma industry would be an advantage
