Business Development Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role may include participation in market strategy development and the creation of proposals to enhance business services and offerings.

• Business Development and Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Analytical and Market Research Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and preparing reports.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic Planning and Team Collaboration: Experience in developing market strategies and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Proven experience in relevant roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work on-site in Guwahati and willingness to travel for business needs as required.
