Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target colleges/universities for MoU partnerships to integrate and sell Beat Educations courses (e.g., IBM, SAP, Microsoft certifications).
- Lead end-to-end MoU negotiations, presentations, and closures to expand course enrollments.
- Build and nurture relationships with college principals, deans, and decision-makers via meetings, demos, and events.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting course portfolios, customizing proposals, and tracking leads through CRM tools.
- Conduct market research on Thrissur region's educational landscape to spot partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding, training, and post-MoU support.
- Represent Beat Educations at education fairs, webinars, and networking events.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in education or EdTech.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Kerala's higher education ecosystem is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Passion for education innovation and startup hustle.
