1. Customer Interaction:
a) Customer relationship management by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs; determining the company's presence at conventions, trade associations, and seminars.
b) RFQ generation and new product introduction: Maintain relations with decision makers/ influencers at customers end by frequent interactions with R&D and sourcing team to ensure all new RFQs in the INEL product domain are released by customers.
c) Obtain Market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support, and maintaining the same.

e) Ensures back-to-back compensation of commodities increase/decrease between customers and suppliers.
2. Team Work :
a) Coordinate with CFT teams for flawless launch of new products.
b) Contributes to the pricing of products by close interactions with R&D, Sourcing, and Finance teams.
c) Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
a) Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for the existing product portfolio.
b) Contribute to the achievement of financial objectives by participating in the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
4. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
