Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's reach. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales plans, identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The role requires working collaboratively to grow the business while ensuring customer satisfaction.
