  • Identify and onboard Ready-to-Move-In (RTMI) hotel properties
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hotel partners
  • Meet and engage with property owners to understand their goals
  • Coordinate contract onboarding with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead commercial negotiations and align terms with business needs
  • Manage contract changes as the business evolves
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with asset partners
  • Resolve transactional or commercial queries raised by partners
