Business Development Manager-CTN
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to drive CTN (Corporate Training Network / Combat Training Network – as applicable internally) marketing initiatives. The role focuses on promoting training solutions, enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business development efforts across defense and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CTN training solutions and programs.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to generate qualified leads and support conversions.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and product content.
- Manage digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute participation in exhibitions, defense expos, and industry events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to align messaging and campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in defense, training, or B2G sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills.
- Experience in organizing events and managing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
