Compensation: Upto 50,000 per month
Experience Required: 23 years in similar BD/Inside Sales roles
Education: BBA / English Honours (Full-Time) / MBA (Full-Time)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, manage client outreach, and convert prospects into profitable business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with CRM management, cold calling, and conducting sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate high-quality leads through Zoho CRM and other digital platforms.
Maintain, track, and update lead data accurately in the CRM Client Outreach & Calling
Conduct cold and warm calling to prospective clients.
Build initial rapport and qualify prospects based on requirements.
Sales Presentations & Pitches
Deliver effective presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Clearly communicate value propositions and business solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management
Manage the entire sales funnel from lead creation to closure.
Work on monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong follow-ups with interested prospects.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRMs.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong calling confidence and persuasion skills.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under defined targets.
Strong analytical attitude with a go-getter mindset.
Preferred Background
Experience in Retail, F&B, or Telecom sales/business development.
Comfortable with field interactions when required.
