Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) Loans & Secured Assets
Role Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) cum Loan Sales Officer
Function: Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Location: Noida, India
Reports to: Sales Head / Regional Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-energy professional to drive our lending portfolio across Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP). This is a dual-responsibility role: you will act as a Business Developer by building a network of referral partners (CAs, Builders, Real Estate Agents) and as a Sales Officer by personally ensuring the end-to-end conversion of leads into successful disbursements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Channel & Business Development (The BDM Side)
Partner Onboarding: Identify and empanel high-potential Channel Partners including Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, Property Dealers, and DSAs.
Builder Relations: Establish tie-ups with builders and developers for APF (Approved Project Finance) and retail Home Loan leads.
Corporate Connect: Conduct presentations and help-desks at corporate offices and SME hubs to source bulk leads for Business and Personal Loans.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor ROI (Interest Rates), LTV (Loan to Value) ratios, and processing fees to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Loan Lifecycle Management (The Sales Officer Side)
Lead Conversion: Direct handling and referral leads for Business and Home Loans.
Financial Sifting: Conduct the initial Pre-Login screening. Analyze CIBIL reports, ITRs, GST filings, and Profit & Loss statements to assess borrower eligibility.
Product Matching: Suggest the best-fit product (e.g., Dropline Overdraft, Term Loan, or Mortgage) based on the client's cash flow and collateral.
3. Execution & Operations
Documentation: Ensure Right First Time (RFT) documentation. Collect and verify KYC, income docs, and property chain documents.
Coordination: Liaise with the Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to resolve queries and expedite the Sanction Letter and Disbursement.
Post-Disbursement: Manage the handover to the operations team and ensure excellent post-loan service to encourage referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 37 years in the Indian Banking/NBFC sector, specifically in Secured Assets (Mortgages/Business Loans).
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
The Network: Existing relationships with local CAs, Builders, or Connectors in [City Name] is a significant advantage.
Financial Literacy: Proficient in understanding Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and GST returns.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, Sales DNA, and the ability to explain complex financial terms simply.
Mobility: Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
