Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the sales team, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring
  • Analytical skills to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
  • Collaboration skills to work with marketing and product development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Nashik
