Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and generate new leads through networking and market analysis. The role involves developing strategies to promote company offerings, conducting impactful presentations, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in business development, market research, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiation, and communication.
  • Experience with sales strategies, strategy implementation, and achieving revenue targets is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer needs to develop effective solutions.
  • Background or knowledge in accounting, finance, or statutory compliance is advantageous.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
