This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, partnership development, and negotiating contracts aligned with the company's values and goals. The Business Development Manager will work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of furniture design, sustainable materials, or craftsmanship is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in business development or a similar role
