1-Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.
2-Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to promote company products/services.
3-Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
4-Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
5-Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation campaigns.
6-Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
7-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
8-Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
9-Prepare and share sales reports with management for performance tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
1-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-12 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
3-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.
4-Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5-Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and work under pressure.
6-Familiarity with CRM tools is plus.
7-Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
8-Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.
