Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager Domestic Staffing to drive business growth within the IT Staffing ecosystem. The role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account management, and revenue growth, with strong exposure to BFSI international clients and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end staffing sales, building enterprise relationships, and managing P&L responsibility while contributing to the organization's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle for IT staffing services across the domestic market.
- Identify and acquire new logos, expanding the client portfolio across key industry segments.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with BFSI clients and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Own and deliver revenue targets with full P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing client engagements.
- Partner with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, CXOs, procurement heads, and hiring leaders to drive business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities in IT staffing services.

Key Requirements
- 5 15 years of experience in IT staffing sales / staffing business development.
- Proven experience in domestic staffing sales within the Indian market.
- Strong exposure to international BFSI clients and GCC environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
