Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with web aggregators for Bancassurance products.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
  • Explore new digital channels and aggregator platforms to expand reach.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through aggregator partnerships.
  • Monitor aggregator performance and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Drive campaigns and promotions in collaboration with aggregators.
  • Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to optimize product listings on aggregator platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Bancassurance products with aggregator systems.
  • Track and analyze digital traffic, leads, and conversion metrics.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal compliance policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, IT) for smooth execution.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on performance and growth opportunities.
