Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow business throughUpwork biddingfor Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web, Performance Marketing, etc.)
- Identify and analyze client requirements and preparecustom proposals
- Handleend-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure
- Communicate with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe)
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accurate requirement handover
- MaintainCRM records, pipelines, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterlyrevenue and closure targets
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience inUpwork bidding and profile management
- Strong understanding ofDigital Marketing services
- Excellent written and verbalEnglish communication skills
- Ability to handleinternational clientsindependently
- Experience with proposal writing, pricing, and negotiations
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience on platforms likeFreelancer, Guru, Fiverr (B2B)
- Prior experience in IT / Digital Marketing agency
- Understanding of RevOps or CRM-based sales processes
