Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will focus on Conduct initial qualification calls to evaluate investor interest, financial capability, and location feasibility. Present franchise business models (laundry, dry cleaning, car wash) through meetings or Zoom/Google Meet. Share project details: investment, ROI, break-even, space requirements, machinery, manpower, etc... Maintain updated product/solution knowledge: washing machines, hydrocarbon dry-cleaning machines, car wash setup, consumables, etc.. Guide investor through evaluation steps: Token LOI Agreement Store setup Launch.

Documentation & Compliance:

Coordinate with the legal/operations team for LOI, franchise agreement, and onboarding documents.

Ensure clear communication regarding franchise fee, brand guidelines, and SOP compliance.

Support customers in completing due diligence and site approvals.

Target Achievement & Reporting:

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Maintain lead stage, follow-up status, closure probability, and financial trackers.

Submit periodic reports on pipeline, closures, and forecast accuracy.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with potential investors and existing franchise partners.

Resolve investor queries related to operations, machinery, fees, and timelines.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication & consulting skills

Understanding of franchise sales lifecycle

Knowledge of laundry/dry cleaning industry (preferred)

Market mapping & territory expansion skills

Negotiation, follow-up, and closing ability

Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Google Sheets

Ability to work under targets and timelines
