Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand revenue and market presence. The role includes working closely with internal teams, representing the company at relevant industry events, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to support strategic decision-making. The individual will also be responsible for meeting business goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Strong business development and sales skills, including excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and client relationship management.
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge in the architecture, interior design, or real estate industry, with a focus on commercial and residential projects, is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams across departments.
• Relevant professional experience (ideally 3+ years) and a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
